Employees were wonderful and kind!
The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a very quite area, very close to Piazza Maggiore and the towers and central Bologna and city centre. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a vast Gothic basilica. They offered us different meals, had lots of options to choose from

Inside you feel like at home, with a spacious bed and a great view from the window. The big bathroom is perfect for reading books. The towels were provided, which was nice. The hospitality from the owner was outstanding, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The complete breakfast with great coffee was satisfying. The traditional apartment in a great area is close to piazzas and the bus station. Even with shared bathrooms, they were clean and tidy. Marco, the only staff member, is kind and welcoming, always accommodating requests. His outstanding hospitality made the stay mind-blowing.

The apartment's decoration was jaw-dropping, and our spacious room was mind-blowingly nice for a couple like us! Marco, the owner, took excellent care of us and even provided us with a personalized map of the city's highlights. The service was super friendly and helpful. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, and lift. Breakfast was a feast, and the option to bring our pets along was a big plus. The no-smoking policy on-site ensured a fresh atmosphere. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

The owner was very passionate and welcoming, providing a personal touch to the B&B. the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. the breakfast offered was self-service and satisfying. the B&B was located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of the city center.
No air-conditioning, which made sleeping uncomfortable during a heatwave.

The hotel was located in a key area, just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. It was really convenient to have everything within walking distance. the room itself was spacious and had a TV, which was a nice bonus. the hotel had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Xmas at this hotel was a bit disappointing. the room was not soundproof at all, which meant I could hear all the noise from the activities upstairs.

The host was friendly and offered helpful recommendations. The B&B had a convenient location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably in the hot weather. The provided fan did little to alleviate the heat.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Ay Home B&B. Marco, the host, was incredibly friendly and full of helpful tips about the city. The room itself was beyond my expectations - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast spread was impressive, with everything from fresh fruit to delicious pastries. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The only minor issues were some noise from other units and a small plumbing problem, but they were quickly addressed by the attentive staff. I highly recommend this B&B for a delightful stay in Bologna.

We got great value for our money at this charming B&B. The room was excellent, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was a nice retreat from the touristy areas, with everything still within walking distance. The host, Marco, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with an illustrated map and fantastic recommendations.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, but there was still a good variety available.
